Once considered the highest-paid DJ in 2014, Paris Hilton has had a very colorful life. This was in stark contrast to the title of her reality TV show, The Simple Life, where she co-starred with BFF Nicole Richie. Hilton has turned many of her struggles and experience into a book, Confessions of an Heiress, which the former DJ released in 2004. In a recent interview, she also revealed personal struggles when she was younger, which somehow contributed to her personality.

As a hotel heiress, Hilton was born with a silver fork in her mouth. She is, after all, the daughter of businessman Conrad Hilton and actress Kathy. The young Hilton frequently moved when she was growing up and at one time dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. Despite the adverse credit she has received throughout the years, Hilton was actually raised in a conservative environment. Now that she is older, she has shown love for animals again, this time playing with frogs on her farm.
