Chris Pine | Son of Robert Pine and Gwynne Gilford

It’s clear that Chris Pine has followed in the footsteps of his Hollywood celebrity parents, Robert Pine and Gwynne Gilford. Chris had his film debut in the family comedy The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement. He then starred in various films, including Unstoppable, Star Trek reboot film series, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, Into the Woods, and Hell or High Water, to mention a few.

Chris graduated with a degree in English from the University of California. His first acting role was in an episode of the medical drama series E.R. in 2003. That same year, he appeared in episodes of CSI: Miami and The Guardian. The actor also had a number of theater plays, like The Atheist, Fat Pig, The Lieutenant of Inishmore, and Farragut North. Since then, Chris has starred in numerous movies and won several awards and recognitions throughout his career.
