Denise Austin and Jeff Austin

Many ideas come to mind when you hear the word “fitness.” One of which is most definitely Denise Austin, a well-known fitness instructor. Austin spent two terms on the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports and helped introduce the MyPyramid system in America. That, along with her other accomplishments, contributed to her decades of fitness career.

Talking about her personal life, Denise married Jeff Austin, a former American professional tennis player, in April 1983. Her life has changed in significant ways as time has passed. Her daughters relocated to Los Angeles. She and her spouse chose to downsize from their investment home in Virginia to a Manhattan Beach condo to spend more time on the west coast. Denise has kept her marriage secure since marrying Jeff. This couple seems to have maintained their love after over three decades of bliss and two children.
