Janet Jackson may have risen to fame thanks to her family name, but she is a celebrated singer on her own right. Her musical career began in the ‘70s when she appeared in the variety show The Jacksons. From there, her career just went on to new heights, where she even received the Billboard Icon Award in 2018. Of course, Janet had been in several relationships back then, with James DeBarge being the first one she had married in 1984. Unfortunately, they hired lawyers for their separation after a year.

Janet then got married a second time around which lasted for nine years. Her third marriage was with Wissam Al Mana; they tied the knot in 2012. Although Janet wanted to keep her personal life as private as possible, when rumors broke that she was going out with the Qatari mogul, Wissam Al Mana, everyone wanted to know how it happened. Currently, the couple has separated, and it seems that it wasn’t amicable.
