Brian Williams is a household name and a staple in American TV. However, it’s his daughter Allison who’s been getting a good amount of buzz in recent years.

After being exposed to the world of media and entertainment as a young child, Allison decided to trek down a similar path and pursue a career in acting. Although she’s well-connected and utterly talented, Allison still had to work her way up the Hollywood ladder. She started with small roles on stage and eventually moved on to minor acting credits for film and TV. She finally broke into the mainstream after getting hired to play Marnie Michaels in the HBO hit series, Girls. Allison further gained popularity for her performance in the psychological thriller, Get Out. So far, Allison’s career is going smoothly. Who knows? Maybe one day, she’ll exceed her father’s success.
